I used this in conjunction with a thick wetsuit for added warmth for cold water swimming. With the water less than 50 degrees, I was able to swim comfortably with matching pants, a hooded bib, neoprene gloves and socks. I would definitely recommend.

Worked great for snorkeling and scuba along Riviera Maya. I'm tall and skinny and it was hard to find something that fit. This worked great for me in a size large.
