This is my second Hyperflex suit. I bought the first one cos it was cheap... this one is too, and yet they're both good quality products--excellent value for money!
I'm 6'1" and rather over-weight (275lbs) so I went for the 3XL.
My only complaint is the 3XL Short John is probably too 'tall' for me, as there is some slack around the top of the chest/arm holes when it's snugged up into the crotch, but otherwise fits snugly without being uncomfortable or constricting--thank god for stretchy material! I make sure to wear t-shirt and shorts to hide the unsightly bulges... *brr*.
I mainly got this suit for summer kiteboarding, to keep the seat harness from digging up into my... crevasse. However, even though it's 1.5mm, I think it'll be warm enough for a spring/fall suit too--I'm used to colder weather and am better insulated than your average skinny guy.

Tight fit but once it's one it does the job. You can swim without any irritation, interference or fabric hampering your stroke...I did a mile with no problem. You can tell it's massed produced and made quick, but the quality seems to be there, definitely a good bang-for-the-buck given the price.
