This is a great video covering the very basics up to beginning freestyle. I'm a beginner myself and have found this video to be invaluable. Jem breaks everything down into comprehensible steps so that things "make sense".

I was blown away by the quality of the instruction in this video. It greatly accelerated my learning and allow you to make the most of my instruction time on the water. I have found nothing available in the way of books or videos that even compare this one.

I'm new to windsurfing - I've spent six 2 hour sessions on the water and so I would describe myself as a beginner.
This DVD is excellent for taking the novice to an intermediate level with all the fundamental skills in place. Jem Hall explains everything very clearly and well and each section includes a summary and Jem's 'top tips' to help you remember the most important points.
It comes as no surprise to find out that Jem is a top coach because he gives excellent explanations and the DVD is worth every cent in terms of what you can learn and put into practise. A very good investment - I've learnt loads and I'm a happy bunny. Thanks Jem and Thanks Lars for producing a great learning aid A++++Buy it and improve by leaps and bounds!
